  • Provide the most recent market information to be able to determine the best asking price on your home ( Each home is unique and a walk-thru will also be performed to determine the best value of your home)
  • Help and consult you prepare your home for sale (If you need professional staging services, I can provide you referrals)
  • Put your home on the local MLS and 20 more web sites for extensive internet marketing. (84% of all buyers start their search on the internet).
  • Send Just Listed cards and hold public Open Houses (Each home needs customized marketing which will be explained during the listing presentation).
  • Arrange the showings for your home (The more showings the better chance of having an offer).
  • Provide feedback after the showings.
  • Present you all the offers and advise you on how to counteroffer.
  • NEGOTIATE solely in your best interests.
  • Attend the inspections arranged by the buyer and advise you on the repairs and home warranty programs available.
  • Follow-up the buyer financing to assure a smooth closing.
